Job summary

IDEX Band-It division in the United States is hiring a Warehouse Associate III, Level 3, to perform advanced receiving, storage, and distribution with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will operate material handling equipment, conduct cycle counts, and ensure ERP/JDE system updates to support MRP demand.

As SME for Level 1 and 2 warehouse functions, you will train teammates, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with OSHA, ISO, or GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Valid forklift and/or pallet jack certification is required.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse data systems (JDE/MRP/WMS).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced warehouse operations with high accuracy.
• Execute daily cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies, reconcile in JDE, and apply RCCM.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments and print labels as needed.
• Train Level 1–2 Associates on safety and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA/ISO/GMP compliance and quality checks.
• Support KPI reporting and process improvements.
