Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to manage receiving, movement, and loading of product in our facility. The role involves forklift operation, verifying counts and lot numbers, and coordinating shipments back to customers.

You will move product between processing areas, assist with sampling and other tasks as directed by supervision. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming un-processed product, verify counts and lot numbers and enter information into the system.
• Operate forklift to move palletized product and load trailers for return to customer.
• Move product between facility areas during processing.
• Remove samples from customer product and coordinate shipment of samples.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
