Job summary

Fisher Barton Blades Inc. in Watertown, WI is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Tech 1 to oversee the shipment of products and assist in packaging development. This role supports warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

The position requires the ability to operate a stand-up/sit-down forklift, read and follow shipping documentation, and communicate clearly with Production and Customer Service. First shift hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a stand-up/sit-down forklift and read shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Package and palletize product for shipment.
• Monitor orders and maintain accurate records.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Assist in developing packaging methods to meet customer requirements.
• Support warehouse team and participate in cycle counts.
