Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of API standards and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Basic computer, language, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train shipping & receiving staff to meet company standards and production requirements.
• Create and document shipments and transfers with tracking information and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate transportation and third-party logistics for material distribution.
• Ensure inbound/outbound documentation, PO, transfer orders, and Bills of Lading match equipment.
• Maintain records in paper and electronic form.
• Forward inbound equipment to Quality Control as required.
• Create schedules and on-call duties for the department and participate in on-call duties.
