Illinois Ag, a family-owned meat processing company in Forest Park, Illinois, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor for the second shift. The role oversees loading and unloading of trucks, ensures accurate shipping paperwork, and enforces food safety and employee safety rules.

Responsibilities include forklift assistance, maintaining clean work areas, inspecting inbound and outbound trucks, and complying with USDA shipment standards.

• Must adhere to all Food Safety and Employee Safety rules and regulations
• Keep all work areas clean at all times
• Inspect all trucks inbound and outbound for cleanliness and condition
• Maintain accurate paperwork, including packing slips and bills of ladings for all shipments
• Meet USDA standards of all shipments
• Assist with forklift duties as needed
• Physical abilities required
• Exposure to cool temperatures, average of 38°F degrees

Position will support total shipping and receiving loading and unloading of trucks and completion of paperwork as required.

Performs critical role in a fast-paced food service operaton servicing the essential food industry.

• Must adhere to all Food Safety and Employee Safety rules and regulations
• Keep all work areas clean at all times
• Inspect all trucks both inbound and outbound for cleanliness and condition
• Maintain accurate paperwork, including packing slips and bills of ladings for all shipments
• Meet USDA standards of all shipments
• Assist with forklift duties as needed
