Shipping & Receiving Supervisor (inbound | outbound)

Global Manufacturing Company manufactures Automotive Electronic Modules in Central Indiana (Indianapolis suburbs). They need a shipping and receiving supervisor to join their expanding team.

Position Overview

Position requires planning and organizing and managing a team of 12 people responsible for inbound and outbound shipments i.e. shipping and receiving of materials. Work with MRP / WMS (warehouse management system module) to organize and deliver production schedules and movement of inventory.

Skills / Requirements

• 5 or more years experience as either dock supervisor or shipping and receiving supervisor OR Logistics Supervisor OR Warehouse background as inbound supervisor or outbound supervisor or warehouse supervisor, or distribution center supervisor.
• Experience working with MRP systems or WMS systems, may require entering information on Customer & Supplier Portals and inventory of materials.
• Experience supervising people and teams.
• Communicate effectively, good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• College Education is not required but will consider equivalent experience.

Compensation

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
