Fair Oaks Foods in Davenport, IA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse personnel in receiving, internal movements, and picking and loading for shipping, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related experience, strong inventory control skills, forklift certification with reach truck proficiency, and proven ability to supervise and motivate teams; RF scanners and SAP proficiency is required.
Directs the activities of warehouse personnel involved in the receiving of various products into the facility, movements of product within the facility, and the picking and loading of product shipping out of the facility; ensures that all policies and procedures are followed.

Work is performed in a manufacturing and office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Must be able to lift 50lb and must have knowledge of computers and be proficient in word and Excel.
