Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to manage the Receiving Team and ensure timely processing and distribution of incoming materials. The role involves supervising operations, scheduling, and resolving issues within established procedures.

The position requires at least 4 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and familiarity with MS Office. Full-time, in-person role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree a plus.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively within group or presentation setting.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
• Ability to regularly push/pull and/or lift to 40lbs.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period.

Job Summary
