Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manpower with S/R team leads to support shift activity and to help meet weekly SIR requirements.
• Oversee shipping and receiving documentation accuracy and processing.
• Provide guidance to Team Leaders to develop their front line management skills.
• Coordinate with area managers to minimize downtime and communicate outages.
• Help train all S/R Team Leaders and clerks and maintain area documentation.
