Job summary

CERTEX USA, LLC is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage shipping/receiving records and the work area. The role enforces internal procedures and reports under the department manager, with duties spanning order pulling, verification, loading, and recordkeeping.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to regional sites as needed. Occasional overtime and PPE usage are required in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient at math and reading.
• Must be persistent, energetic, and reliable with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in the construction, equipment, or oil industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders, shipping, receiving, and making deliveries.
• Verifying orders against documents for accuracy.
• Ensure shipments are packaged, identified, and loaded for transport.
• Prepare and keep records of goods shipped (manifests, bills of lading).
• Verify incoming shipments against records; check for damage; route goods.

Skills
