Job summary

JLL is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our client site in St. Paul, MN. You’ll support warehouse operations, handle inbound/outbound shipments, and keep inventory records accurate while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and timely communication. A physical, fast-paced environment offers growth in logistics and operations within a real estate services leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate with attention to detail in shipments.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to walk stairs for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute shipments with inventory records.
• Prepare outbound shipments with proper labels and paperwork.
• Use scanners to track incoming/outgoing packages and resolve issues.
• Generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage pallet inventories and weights for daily shipping.
• Coordinate courier pickups and delivery confirmations with stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace per safety regs.
