Zusammenfassung

KLA in Totowa, NJ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving associate to ensure accurate receipt, processing, and shipment of materials. You will verify part numbers, quantities, purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping docs in SAP, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

You will maintain organized, safe warehouse operations, use RF scanners and pallet jacks, and help maintain inventory records.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or material-handling operations.
• Experience verifying part numbers, quantities, POs, packing slips and shipping docs.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience with FedEx, UPS or other carrier systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Receive and verify incoming material against purchase orders and packing documentation.
• Process receiving and shipping transactions accurately in SAP.
• Prepare, package, label, and stage domestic and international shipments as required.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, addresses, and documentation before completing transactions.
• Identify and report shortages, overages, damaged material, and other discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Use RF/barcode scanners and material-handling equipment as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support material requirements and priority shipments.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving area.
