Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support on-site operations. You will prepare shipments, verify documents, and maintain records to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.

The role requires basic math, Excel, and English literacy, with responsibilities including packing, labeling, BOL creation, inventory checks, and safe operation of warehouse equipment. On-site work with opportunities for growth within Watts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficient math and computer skills to perform data entry, inventory transactions, and generate and analyze inventory and past-due reports.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must establish employment eligibility and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments and label documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records using company systems.
• Generate Bills of Lading and verify with load sheets; assist with order maintenance and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, and Operations to ensure proper documentation and timely orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies; operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping/receiving area and comply with safety policies.
