Job summary

Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK for our El Paso, TX location.

This role ensures accurate inventory, timely shipments, and well maintained showroom spaces to ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage incoming shipments, UPS labeling, and warehouse organization while upholding safety standards and supporting internal teams.

Qualifications

• Good reading, comprehension, and math skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• 1–5 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all incoming shipments, checking shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Receiving and packaging UPS shipments using UPS labeling system.
• Assures merchandise is stored in the proper area of the warehouse.
• Pull merchandise for customer will call and store transfers completing all associated paperwork.
• Loading and/or unloading freight trucks and properly staging merchandise for receiving.
• Loading customer merchandise.
• Coordinate with inside sales stocking of the showroom.
• General housekeeping as needed in the warehouse and showroom.
• Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements.
