Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, data entry, and spreadsheet use.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
• Good communication and coordination with teams.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and following established procedures.
• Previous warehouse/inventory/receiving/clerical experience is a plus.
• MRO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify warehouse inventory against supplier packing lists and ASN documents.
• Prepare receiving reports and confirm received materials match packing lists and warehouse documentation.
• Identify and report receiving discrepancies to ensure accuracy before materials are shipped.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Engineering on prototype and service parts shipments.
• Maintain accurate receiving records, discrepancy reports, logs, and filing systems.
• Create spreadsheets and assist with inventory volume tracking.
• Operate computers, printers, barcode scanners, RF units, and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow quality system policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
