Job summary

BakeMark is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Elyria, OH to ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound materials and outbound shipments. You will verify orders, inspect goods, enter data into ERP/WMS systems, and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against orders.
• Unload trucks and ensure products are properly stored.
• Report damaged or incorrect items to supervisors.
• Enter receiving data into inventory management systems.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy before shipping.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation (BOLs, packing slips).
• Coordinate pickups with carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
