Ecore International is seeking a Level II Shipping & Receiving professional at our York, PA facility. The role requires handling inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining records, and coordinating with drivers and customers. Cross-training in related tasks is possible.

Responsibilities include preparing shipments, verifying documents, and operating a fork truck safely. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of shipping/administrative experience and a HS diploma or GED.

Competenze

• Requires HS diploma or GED; 4 years manufacturing exp. preferred.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and related admin duties.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Forklift experience required; able to lift up to 130 lbs intermittently.

Mansioni

• Answer calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare orders for shipment and verify documentation.
• Schedule pickups and manage shipping/receiving records in Epicor.
• Ensure accuracy of bills of lading and packing lists.
