Job summary

Responsibilities include handling shipments, stock storage, and facilitating order fulfillment, with mandatory forklift certification and a GED or high school diploma.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and verify incoming shipments; check against bill of lading and packing slip.
• Store materials, supplies and tools; assign bin locations and issue items as required.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and post results to inventory files.
• Secure spare parts numbers and descriptions from catalogs for approvals.
• Prepare shipments of completed equipment and ensure proper loading for shipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Maintain records for receiving, stores, issuing and shipping; keep tools and equipment organized.
