Job summary

Turbocam Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving associate to verify and record all incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.

You will inspect items, prepare packing slips and labels, and coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups while maintaining accurate inventory of packing supplies. Only candidates with a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in an office or shop environment will be considered; strong math, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment and assemble packing materials.
• Compare identifying information to bills of lading.
• Communicate daily with supervisor about quantities and destinations.
• Call carriers to arrange pickup and verify deliveries against orders.
• Maintain inventory of packing supplies and ensure safety in material handling.
