• Ability to read and verify shipping documents, packing slips, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Enter inventory information into the computer system accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update quantities as materials are received or moved.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliation.
• Communicate with warehouse and other departments regarding incoming materials and inventory needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
