Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Ocala, FL for a Contract to Hire role. The position runs on the first shift, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in a clean, climate-controlled facility focused on manufacturing and shipping.

Expect RF scanners, data entry, and routine loading/unloading of materials to support outbound orders. Pay is $17.00 per hour with benefits such as medical, dental & vision, 401(k), and paid time off from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing, picking, and order fulfillment in a warehouse or shipping setting.
• Ability to use computers for data entry and basic shipping/order management.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and loading/unloading materials.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials for orders based on system instructions.
• Pack items securely for shipment.
• Label packages per shipping requirements.
• Verify order accuracy before shipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks in the shipping area.
