Arandell in Menomonee Falls, WI is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk who will move materials from paper to finished catalogs. You’ll handle inbound and outbound loads with forklifts, verify shipments, and prepare essential documents to keep orders accurate and on schedule.

You’ll organize warehouse staging, use RF scanners and inventory software to track in real time, and collaborate with the pressroom and bindery teams to ensure supplies meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operation experience (sit-down, stand-up, or clamp trucks).
• Basic data entry and familiarity with inventory software or RF scanners.

Responsabilités

• Move inbound/outbound materials with forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Verify shipments against manifests and purchase orders; report discrepancies.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, work orders, and shipping labels using inventory systems.
• Organize and stage materials in the warehouse and track inventory in real time.
• Coordinate with Pressroom and Bindery teams to ensure supplies for production and docking.
