Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months materials management experience preferred.
• Some data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, process, and route incoming materials; record receipts in MM software.
• Identify and report discrepancies between received materials and shipping docs to Warehouse Manager.
• Prepare outbound shipments and ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage Returned Goods per SOPs.
• Deliver stock to designated staging areas for departments.
• Organize inventory and rotate stock based on receipt/expiration dates.
• Identify short-dated materials and notify Warehouse Manager for action.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations (OSHA/CLIA, etc.).
• Review procedures and recommend improvements to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with order entry, picking, packing, and delivery of internal/external orders as needed.
• Support record storage and retrieval; assist with mail preparation and distribution.
• Perform additional warehouse and materials management duties as assigned.
