Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist I to manage receipt, inspection, and delivery of shipments in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain inventory accuracy, process orders in CMMS, and communicate effectively with teams using Outlook and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in receiving, inspecting, and documenting shipments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds with equipment.
• Familiarity with SOPs for regulated processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Package items using appropriate materials.
• Unpack deliveries and report damages or shortages.
• Perform daily deliveries and pickups across locations.
• Maintain organized records and comply with shipping protocols.
