Job summary

Cencora, Inc. in Brockton, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution services. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, manage inventory, and work with RF devices in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts run Sunday 3:00 PM until finish and Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM until finish. The role offers $24.66 per hour with potential up to $30.23, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and multiple incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of work experience in a distribution/DC setting.
• Understanding of DC workflow with minimal guidance.
• Ability to read English and understand product descriptions.
• Basic mathematical skills and data entry accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to work overtime and participate in physical counts.
• Team player with good communication and problem solving.
• May require power equipment certification and OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage orders; handle returns and inventory.
• Verify merchandise against shipments; report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and maintain designated areas.
• Use RF devices to aid picking/packing and inventory tasks.
• Assemble customer orders and ensure correct quantities.
• Enter orders and returns into the computer system.
• Inspect returned items and restock accordingly.
• Perform daily inventory counts and investigate variances.
• Support inventory procedures as needed.
• Operate or train on power equipment and safety standards.
