Job summary

Nexgen Tooling LLC, a family-owned tool manufacturer in Maine, is hiring for a first-shift coordinator to manage order processing and packing. You will enter orders into ERP, prepare shipments, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining ISO 9001 standards.

Candidates should be organized, able to work under pressure, and capable of overtime when required. A valid driver’s license and basic MS Office skills are essential for daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with order processing and ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Must be available for overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders via email into ERP software.
• Create labels and affix to packaging tubes per job traveler.
• Prepare shipments by pulling from inventory, packing boxes, and shipping.
• Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.
• Ensure paperwork and ERP entries are complete and accurate.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow ISO 9001 procedures.
