Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of materials received and route to the proper department.
• Prepare shipments using cost‑effective courier methods and appropriate containers.
• Create bills of lading and verify quantities, destinations, and routing.
• Receive and unload incoming materials, compare packing slips to purchase orders, and process returns.
• Sort, count, package, label, and log inventory for shipment or receipt.
• Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Deliver items to requisitioning departments and obtain required signatures.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and department database; assist with routine reports.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed and assist with equipment upkeep.
