Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with shipping software and ERP systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain it, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments; verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Pack, label, and stage outgoing orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Prepare shipping labels and bills of lading; keep inventory and shipment records current in company systems.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and sales colleagues to keep shipments moving on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and storage area.
