Responsibilities

• Prepare documents like bills of lading and shipping orders.
• Record shipment data (weight, charges, damages).
• Deliver materials to departments using hand-truck, forklift, or bins.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage for shipping.
• Rectify problems such as damages or shortages with shipments.
• Requisition and store shipping materials to maintain inventory.
• Compute space availability and shipping charges using price list.
• Process customer returns, vendor returns and RMAs to manufacturers.
• Other related duties as assigned.
