Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC seeks a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage fulfillment, receive goods, and coordinate returns. You will ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and shipment documentation through the company and a third-party warehouse.

You will verify receipts, maintain Salesforce records, and support a team with strong customer service and problem-solving skills while lifting items over 50 pounds with assistance. Flex hours and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Shipping/receiving experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHK preferred.
• Excellent customer service and administrative experience.
• Ability to lift items >50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to guide and support teammates and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with organization and time management; able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information; reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours; proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Process orders through the company shipping department and third-party warehouse; ensure labeling, quantity, packaging, and integrity meet requirements.
• Receive and unpack goods; verify against receipts and prepare discrepancy reports when needed.
• Determine packaging requirements and pack goods per specifications and routes.
• Update and maintain shipment records in Salesforce order management.
• Coordinate movement and management of returned/replacement materials per processes.
• Search for mislocated products and adjust records to correct issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and promote safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
