Job summary

Charter Manufacturing seeks a Shipping and Receiving specialist for our Milwaukee, WI facility. On 1st shift (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), you will prepare customer orders for shipment, receive materials, load/unload trucks, and maintain inventory records.

Weekends not required; 1st shift only; pay starts at $22.75 per hour with bonus and strong benefits. Benefits include weekly pay, quarterly gainsharing, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• One or more years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience and Safety awareness required.
• Experience with barcode scanning systems.
• Experience with online freight scheduling systems.
• Ability to load, unload, and move materials in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive incoming materials and supplies and unload trucks.
• Keep the warehouse organized and safe at all times.
