Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. seeks a shipping and receiving clerk in Pecos, TX. You will assemble, order, and prepare goods for shipment, record data, load/unload trucks, and manage parts and materials in a data center environment.

You will monitor emails and tickets, process orders, maintain inventory thresholds, and communicate professionally within the team and across sites. On-site role with possible travel between data centers; physical demands up to 50 pounds, and a typical data center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite preferred.

• Ensure parts levels are maintained above inventory thresholds.
• Process orders for new parts.
• Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co‑workers/teammates and leaders across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location and Travel

On‑site. Occasional travel between data centers may be required as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a data center environment. The role routinely uses standard data center equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, voltmeters, hash board testers, scissor lifts, forklifts, ladders, and screwdrivers. While performing these duties, the employee will be exposed to hot and cold environments.

Physical Demands

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.
