Job summary

ProKatchers LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage daily inventory flow in a healthcare environment. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing and distribution of general, medical, and surgical supplies.

This role requires attention to inventory accuracy, scanning barcodes, and using MMIS to record transactions and resolve discrepancies. High school diploma required and prior experience with medical supplies preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with medical/surgical supply handling preferred.
• Ability to operate MMIS or similar inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stocking and picking.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, put away, requisition, pick, distribute, and deliver general, medical, and surgical supplies.
• Scan inventory labels to generate replenishment orders for stock and non-stock items.
• Check supply locations for expiration dates and remove per policy.
• Perform issues and credits in MMIS and ensure correct item costing.
