Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to maintain records for all products shipped and received. Typical shift is 7 am to 4 pm and the role involves hands-on packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments.

You will verify shipments, complete daily reports, manage stock, and provide reliable service to sales, carriers, and customers. The position requires 1–3 years in shipping/receiving, strong communication, and the ability to work full-time, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years in general office or shipping/receiving, manufacturing setting preferred.
• Flexible full-time schedule; weekends/holidays may be required.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette; fluent in English.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and various reporting software.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass physical and drug exam.
• Must provide own transportation to locations as required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, and protecting shipping units.
• Determine shipment method based on items, destination, route, rate, and time.
• Ship items by verifying quantity and condition; load and protect items.
• Document shipments by recording transport information.
• Maintain shipping/receiving materials; monitor inventory and place orders.
• Fill out Daily Logistics Report and Daily Shipping Status Report.
• Pull daily picks, schedule routes for carriers, and confirm with carriers.
• Verify outbound loads and handle returns/stock transfers as needed.
• Prepare outbound packages for UPS and receive inbound items.
• Assist with front office clerical operations as needed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end inventory processes.
