Sterling Engineering is looking for a Production / Warehouse Representative material handling solutions manufacturer. This is a great opportunity to work with a client who loves to promote from within and have a great culture!

Job Duties :

• Receive, inventory, and store all components for fabrication and distribution
• Enter receiving data into the inventory system and assign bin locations
• Organize and identify components by project for fabrication
• Prepare packaging for components and finished goods for shipment
• Maintain shipping data in electronic data folders and ERP system
• Keep inventory and shop areas clean and organized
• Load / unload components and finished goods
• Pull, pack, and assemble orders on pallets, ensuring secure shipment
• Assemble parts and systems, including wiring control panels and plumbing products
• Read and interpret blueprints and product sketches for accurate assembly

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• 3-5 years of shipping / receiving experience (domestic and international)
• 3-5 years of distribution warehousing and inventory control experience
• Familiarity with component distribution pick / pack / ship procedures
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product sketches
