Location: Quincy, ILPay Range: $15.00 - $21.93 per hour | Based on Relevant ExperienceSchedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Type: Temporary (Summertime) Position

About the Role:Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is looking for a dedicated Receiving & Delivery Specialist to oversee inventory and product management. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering equipment, materials, supplies, and merchandise. You will collaborate with office coordinators to ensure that essential supplies are readily available and assist with special orders as needed. You may also prepare stock count reports for accounting purposes.

Primary Responsibilities:• Manage the receiving, storing, and distribution of supplies and equipment.• Collaborate with office coordinators to maintain an efficient inventory.• Assist with special orders or physician-specific requests.• Prepare stock count reports for accounting.• Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment throughout the process.

Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED required.• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform tasks involving walking and reaching.• Strong computer skills for inventory management and report preparation.• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management preferred.• Experience with healthcare-related materials or clinical backgrounds is a plus.
