Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Shipping Receiving Clerk to support receipt, stow, kitting, and issue of material in a fast-paced warehouse. You will ensure items meet MIL STD 129N requirements and operate MHE with an appropriate license.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming goods, labeling, data entry into DSS and other systems, and preparing basic reports. A high school diploma or GED is required, with willingness to work under supervision and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (experience may substitute for education).
• Three months’ general work experience demonstrating ability to meet position requirements.
• Must obtain MHE license within 15 days of selection.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, classify, accept or reject material per DLA regulations.
• Visual inspection under mentoring of senior personnel.
• Use basic inspection/examination procedures.
• Read specifications and photographs as required.
• Load/unload material from skids and pallets.
• Prepare labels as required.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Operate tools and equipment in duties.
• Enter data in DSS and other systems.
• Operate MHE and maintain license.
• Count, weigh, and tag materials.
• Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
