Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation in Guam is seeking a Shipping Receiving Clerk to manage receipt, stow, kitting and issue of material, ensuring MIL STD 129N compliance and anti-static handling. The role requires coordination with the lead and other warehouse staff to maintain accurate records and efficient flow.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3 months general work experience, and the ability to obtain an MHE license within 15 days.

Must be able to obtain MHE license within 15 days of selection.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and E-mail software.
Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

Identify, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per DLA regulations.
Visual inspection or measurement with mentoring support.
Use basic inspection/examination procedures for material.
Read specifications and photographs when required.
Load/unload material from skids, pallets, and stands.
Prepare labels and basic reports.
Input data and retrieve data in DSS and other systems.
Operate MHE as assigned and maintain required license.
Maintain proper counts, weights, and tagging.
Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment.
