Job summary

Responsibilities include interfacing with Customer Care, scheduling outbound trucks, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining ERP records. Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 2–5 years in manufacturing or warehousing operations.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Customer Care to ensure accuracy of shipment schedule.
• Schedule outbound trucks and stage materials for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents: bills of lading, packing lists.
• Maintain shipping information in ERP and paper filing system.
• Inspect outbound trucks and load/secure materials.
