Qualifications

• Identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Understand instructions in the country’s official language (or Lineage policy).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work in cold or dry storage with appropriate PPE and gear.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs as required.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders to determine quantities and shipment types.
• Locate items in the warehouse according to the order.
• Change over pallets for picking and inspect items for damage.
• Document damages and report to supervisors or leads.
• Pack, seal, and label materials using RF scanning to verify counts.
• Notify leaders of any product issues and await directions.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse at shift end.
