Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Forklift licensing completed or in process.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outbound loads with sales and production.
• Verify documents and prepare shipment paperwork.
• Set up loads with common carriers and provide delivery instructions.
• Ensure documents meet DOT and company procedures; record discrepancies.
• Trace/expedite orders; assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Maintain shipment records and prepare reports.
