Job summary

Millerbernd Manufacturing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Operator 2 for 1st shift in Winsted, MN. The role supports the Transportation & Infrastructure team, handling shipping/receiving, inventory, and paperwork accuracy to ensure efficient product flow.

The position requires experience in manufacturing, the ability to read blueprints, operate PPE and material handling equipment, and to work as part of a high-performance team. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective and appropriate verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with tape measure and precision measuring devices.
• Computer literate; familiarity with shop floor control and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Uses crane, hoist, forklift, or other material handling equipment to move materials and products.
• Packages, bands, or shrink-wraps products or loads.
• Loads and unloads finished products on trucks.
• Follows customer shipping specifications and standard work.
• Interprets blueprints, BOL, and other documents for parts; maintains inventory accuracy.
