The position involves receiving, inspecting, and documenting shipments, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating status updates with colleagues. It requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with dealership or parts department systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Process outgoing shipments using proper procedures and labeling.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory systems.
• Communicate shipment status and updates to team members and managers.
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
• Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or missing items.
• Handle service rental car program as directed.
• Assist with department paperwork and internal correspondence.
• Support positive relationships between dealership, customers, and vendors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report incidents.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Compensation (Hourly)

• $16.00 - 18.00 / hour

Schedule

• FULL TIME
• Sundays Always Off
• Saturday Availability Required
