Momentum BMW/MINI, part of the Sonic Automotive family in Houston, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage parts flow and keep service and parts departments running smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort in a fast-paced dealership environment. Full-time schedule with Sundays off and competitive hourly pay is offered along with healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Process outgoing shipments using proper procedures and labeling.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory systems.
• Communicate shipment status and updates to team members and managers.
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
• Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or missing items.
• Handle service rental car program as directed.
• Assist with department paperwork and internal correspondence.
• Support positive relationships between dealership, customers, and vendors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report incidents.
