ePropelled Inc is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Material Handler for the SECOND SHIFT. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain the stockroom, and support production and inventory control in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1–3 years in shipping/receiving, knowledge of domestic and international shipping, ERP proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Laconia, NH location with competitive hourly pay and shift differential.

Responsibilities

Shipping/Receiving Material Handler —Second Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a Shipping/ReceivingMaterial Handler for our SECOND SHIFT who is flexible, dependable, and willingto support a variety of operational needs. This role plays a key part in ourday-to-day logistics, from handling inbound and outbound shipments toorganizing and maintaining the stockroom.

The ideal candidate is comfortable workingin a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and assisting in multiple areasof production and inventory management while maintaining accuracy and followingsafety procedures.

Base pay will be determined by relevantexperience and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Employeesassigned to second shift receive an additional $1.50 per hour for hours workedduring their scheduled second shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy andquality.
• Prepare and package outbound domestic and internationalshipments.
• Create shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
• Prepare international shipping documentation in accordance withestablished procedures and coordinate with designated internal contacts orcarriers to resolve questions.
• Maintain and organize the stockroom, ensuring materials areproperly labeled and stored.
• Perform regular cycle counts and support physical inventorychecks.
• Distribute received materials to appropriate departments orlocations.
• Assist other departments as needed, including Production andQuality Control.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the ERP system.
• Promptly report shipment discrepancies, damaged materials,inventory variances, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or inventorymanagement, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements,including customs documentation, commercial invoices, and Incoterms.
• ERP system experience preferred; willingness to learn andaccurately use the Company’s system required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate palletjacks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with consistentfollow-through on assigned tasks.
• Clear communication and a cooperative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintainingaccuracy and following safety procedures.
• Initiative and sound judgment, including knowing when to askquestions or escalation issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping platforms such asUPS, FedEx, and DHL.
