Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector in Amarillo, TX seeks a Shipping/Receiving Line Server to support packaging, labeling, and material handling for assembly packers. The role requires operating a variety of tools and software, including SAP, to ensure on-time shipments and accurate inventory.

This is a first-shift, on-site position with safety and teamwork at its core. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; Amarillo, TX area within 50 miles is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and participate in duties including assembly, packing, and screwdriver operations; unload conveyor line.
• Ensure scrap quantities are correct and provide tally sheets; enter scrap data for assembly and plating.
• Use computer to schedule shipments, verify SAP shipping, and create box orders.
• Load trailers with attention to weight balance; contact freight company to schedule shipping.
• Unload trailers; verify counts and notify departments; maintain accurate shipping logs.
