Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Receiving Clerk for 1st shift at the Sherman, TX facility. The role handles receipt, inspection, documentation, and staging of incoming materials, with SAP transactions and forklift responsibilities. Work hours are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The position requires basic SAP knowledge, data accuracy, and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards. candidates must be in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production shipping environment (or similar).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive all inbound materials, verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation against PO and packing slips.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report non-conforming material.
• Enter receiving and inventory transactions in SAP (goods receipts, transfers, adjustments).
• Label, stage, consolidate, and move materials to storage or production locations.
