Job summary

Sunset at the Lakeland Distribution Center is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to lead, supervise, and oversee activities in the production area, supporting the Warehouse Manager to meet production goals. The role operates a full-time night shift from 12 PM to 12 AM, Sunday through Tuesday, with every other Wednesday.

You will handle waybill accuracy, customs coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with scanning and filing documents.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and oversee activities within the production area.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and paperwork accuracy against orders.
• Prepare reports and maintain shipping/receiving records.
• Coordinate with departments on shipping issues and discrepancies.
• Deliver items to requisitioning departments and notify managers of major discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and data.
