CenterPoint creates outstanding exhibits, events, and branded environments for clients. They seek a Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage order verification, shipping/receiving, and inventory control at their Woodbury facility.

The role requires 5–7 years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment for client projects.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Logistics or related field.
• Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player with communication and interpersonal skills and independent work style.
• Proficiency with computers, scanners and internal software/systems.

Responsabilités

• Make all transportation arrangements for outbound and inbound shipments, air shipments, arrange logistics for forwarding and split shipments, and track deliveries of all orders.
• Arrange and monitor shipments through parcel and freight carriers and local providers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Retrieve and verify PO numbers and receiving information for all shipments and booth properties.
• Receive inbound shipments, log deliveries, inspect for damages, and ensure packing lists and BOLs are complete.
• Verify received goods for accuracy and condition, report discrepancies, and complete RWOA documentation.
• Distribute incoming shipments to appropriate teams and prepare outbound shipments on schedule.
• Maintain inventory records and track movement of client inventory as needed.
• Safely operate a forklift to load/unload semi-trailers and support warehouse team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and transportation needs.
• Communicate shipment status and resolve delays with carriers and internal teams.
