Job summary

Darragh is a fourth-generation, family-owned Arkansas-based company providing high-quality building materials and expert guidance since 1906. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily shipping/receiving, ensure inventory accuracy, and support distribution tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will supervise warehouse staff, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse safety regulations, OSHA standards, and safe material handling practices.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze operational challenges and identify process improvements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with distribution and logistics tasks.
• Verify outbound and inbound shipments, pulls and stages merchandise, and maintains warehouse inventory.
• Enforce safety rules, supervise housekeeping, and ensure a clean, organized warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and other managers to optimize processes.

Education
